AugAmorphophallus Titanium
One of the Bogor Botanical Gardens corpse flower blooms again, that’s the information I got from galeribogor.net

Amorphophallus Titanium bloom on July 11, 2011, exactly at midnight. It was unfortunate that this flower only lasted for five days, then wilted. Due to only have free time on weekends, I had just caught withering corpse flower :((
Collection of A.Titanium was first planted in the Bogor Botanical Gardens (KRB) in 1920. In Indonesia there are 25 types Amorphopallus, including 18 endemic species (only grow in certain areas and not found in any other places).
After wilting usually A. Titanium will experience a dormant process 3-12 months, then suffered a vegetative phase for 1-2 years. To re-bloom takes time around 3-4 years depending on the situation of the supportive environment.
May 3 or 4 years later I could able to see the corpse flower blooming again :)* Note: Documentation of the flowering of Amorphophallus Titanium can be seen in www.galeribogor.net
